And I just tried your site and I keep getting an error message that my cc info is not defined and in fact it is. Maybe some kinks need to be worked out or something, guess I'll have to keep an eye on my cc info with my bank because I've just submitted cc info that apparently went nowhere.

I deal strictly in antiques and frankly, I don't see any quality in your collective. Seems to be new items only. I am not impressed with your storefronts either. You also do not accept PayPal which is essential to today's internet shoppers.
Your user interface also awkward and would not allow for rookie internet shoppers. Today's internet store must be easy, fast, and enjoyable.
If you want an example, try going to Rubylane.com. I have been with this company since it's beginnings and I would not change.
Silkfair needs some help. JMHO
